Memberships can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.

  • Preventative care.
  • Basic annual wellness lab panel, including a CBC, CMP, cholesterol panel, TSH, and hemoglobin A1c, as well as a PSA for men.
  • Chronic care management 
  • Sick or urgent care visits.
  • Well-woman care, including birth control consults and management. Additional lab testing might incur charges.
  • Well-child care
  • Mental health consults.
  • Weight management consults.
  • Pre-operative clearance exams.
  • Sports physicals.

Basic medical procedures are also included in your membership at no additional cost to members. These procedures include but are not limited to the following:

  • Mole or skin tag removal.
  • Cryotherapy for the destruction of other skin lesions.
  • Laceration repair.
  • Abscess incision and drainage.
  • Treatment and removal of subcutaneous cysts.
  • Minimal charges might apply to cover the cost of supplies needed for procedures, but transparent pricing is provided before any procedure.
